These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") govern access to and use of the Site by any visitor (hereinafter "the User"). They supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for the purchase of products and the General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTS) for premium subscriptions.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect technological or regulatory developments. Users are encouraged to consult this page regularly; the applicable terms are those in effect at the time of browsing.

Premium Services: Advanced features accessible after authentication and subscription (subject to the Terms and Conditions).

IV. AVAILABILITY AND CONTINUITY OF SERVICE

The Company undertakes, as an obligation of means , to ensure the Site is available 24/7. However, to guarantee the performance and security of the infrastructure, the Company reserves the right to interrupt access for maintenance or technical updates. Except in emergencies, these interventions will be announced in advance. No compensation may be claimed in the event of temporary unavailability, including during an ongoing transaction process.

V. INTERNET USER CODE OF CONDUCT

Use of the Site is based on a principle of good faith. Users are strictly prohibited from:

In the event of a violation, the Company reserves the right to suspend the User's access unilaterally and without notice.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DIGITAL ASSETS

A. Copyright and Structure

The entire Site (texts, graphics, logos, source code, videos) is the exclusive property of BDAAM GROUP LTD . Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorization constitutes infringement.

B. Distinctive Signs

The Larjana brand and its logos are protected. Their unauthorized use will result in civil and criminal liability for the perpetrator.

C. Databases

The Site constitutes a protected database. Extraction of qualitatively or quantitatively substantial content is prohibited in accordance with Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company declines all responsibility in the event of:

Force Majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, major failures of telecommunications or energy networks.
Misuse: Damages resulting from use of the Site contrary to these Terms of Use.
User equipment: Malfunctions related to the user's computer hardware or internet connection quality.

Partial Nullity: If a clause is deemed invalid, the other stipulations retain their full binding force.
Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish law .
Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, the User agrees to contact the Company for an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute may be brought before a mediator or the competent Irish courts.
