I. CONTRACTUAL FRAMEWORK AND PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") define the exclusive terms governing the contractual relationship between the company   (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and any natural person acting as an end consumer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") purchasing products on the Larjana.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

Purchasing any product through the Site implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the Customer validates the Order.

II. ORDER ARCHITECTURE AND RESTRICTIONS

2.1 Coverage Area

Our delivery services are exclusively reserved for Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the United Kingdom . Any order originating from a different geographical area cannot be processed.

2.2 Strictly personal use

The products are intended for the Customer's private use. Any resale or use for professional purposes is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to limit order volumes to prevent unauthorized distribution activity, particularly if multiple orders share the same billing address or payment method.

III. AVAILABILITY AND ACQUISITION PROCESS

  • Selection: The Customer creates their virtual shopping cart by selecting the desired items.

  • Validation: The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation of full payment. An electronic acknowledgement of receipt is immediately sent to the Client.

  • Stock availability: Our offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after payment, Larjana.com undertakes to inform the Customer without delay and to proceed with a full refund of the sums received within a maximum period of thirty (30) days .

IV. PRICING CONDITIONS AND SECURE PAYMENT

  • Pricing: Prices are expressed in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).

  • Premium Packages: Optional membership to the member area is offered via a free 7-day trial period, followed by a monthly subscription of  € 38.99 , which can be cancelled according to the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

  • Payment terms: Only bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, CB) are accepted. To guarantee transaction security, payment data processing is outsourced to a certified provider. The Company does not retain any bank details.

V. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT PROTOCOL

  • Pricing:  The delivery price is €8.80. However, delivery is free for Larjana members.

  • Delivery times: Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. In the event of a delay exceeding thirty (30) days from the estimated delivery date, the Customer may request the Company to fulfill the order within a further reasonable period before, if necessary, requesting termination of the contract and a refund within 30 days .

  • Quality Control: Delivery is considered complete upon physical handover of the package. It is the Client's responsibility to notify the carrier and the Company of any issues (damage, opened package) within seven (7) business days .

VI. EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Company grants the Customer a reflection period of fourteen (14) clear days from the receipt of the last item of the order.

  • Procedure: The Client notifies their decision via the dedicated form (Appendix 2) to the address info@larjana.com .

  • Returns: Products must be returned within 14 days, in their original condition (unopened, with packaging and documentation). Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or product non-conformity; in this case, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

  • Refund: Larjana.com will refund the full amount (including the initial standard delivery charges) within thirty (30) days of the actual receipt of the goods or proof of their shipment.

VII. LEGAL GUARANTEES AND CONFORMITY

The Company assumes responsibility for defects in conformity (Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Civil Code).

  • Compliance: The Customer has two (2) years from the date of delivery to take action. They may choose between repair or replacement, unless the cost is disproportionate.

  • Proof: During the 24 months following delivery, the Customer is exempt from proving the prior existence of the defect.

VIII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

The information collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing the contract and combating fraud.

  • Customer Rights: In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, port and object for legitimate reasons.

  • Contact: All privacy-related requests should be sent to: info@larjana.com .

  • Retention: Transactional data is retained according to legal archiving periods (5 to 10 years for invoices).

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS AND JURISDICTION

  • Proof: The Company's computerized records shall be considered valid between the parties as proof of communications and transactions.

  • Independence of clauses: If one clause is deemed invalid, the other stipulations remain in full force and effect.

  • Disputes: These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. The Client may request a mediator or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Failing this, the Irish courts will have jurisdiction.
