I. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the company SSOOCCIIEETTEE (hereinafter "the Company") and any adult individual acting for personal purposes (hereinafter "the Subscriber") subscribing to the premium services of the Larjana.com website (hereinafter "the Site").

Subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, supplemented by our General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) and our Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms subject to one (1) month 's notice. In the event of disagreement with the new provisions, the Subscriber has the right to terminate the subscription without penalty during this same notice period.

II. PREMIUM OFFER ARCHITECTURE (SPECIFIC SERVICES)

Subscribing to the Subscription grants the Subscriber exclusive and unlimited access to an ecosystem of digital services including:

  1. The Digital Kiosk: Full access to a catalogue of national press, magazines and literary works (novels) via our technology partner.

  2. Larjana's privileges:

    • Exclusive discounts of up to 50% across the entire online store.

    • Free shipping and delivery on all orders.

    • Extended warranty for an additional year.

III. REGISTRATION PROTOCOL AND LIABILITY

Access to Specific Services is conditional upon the creation of a unique Customer Account .

  • Data Integrity: The Subscriber agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Company accepts no liability for any service failure resulting from outdated contact information.

  • Confidentiality: Login details are strictly personal. Any use of the Account by a third party is presumed to be the responsibility of the Subscriber.

  • Opting out of telemarketing: If the Subscriber provides their telephone number, they are informed of their right to register on the list to opt out of telemarketing (Bloctel).

IV. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

The service is offered as a subscription with automatic renewal:

  • Initiation Period: A free 7-day trial access is offered.

  • Standard Subscription: After the trial period, the price is €38.99 per month .

  • Security: Only payments by bank cards (Visa, MasterCard) are accepted via our encrypted payment interface.

  • Price revision: Any price change will be notified two (2) months in advance by email.

V. DURATION AND TERMINATION PROCEDURES

The commitment is made for a period of 30 days , automatically renewable.

  • Right of termination: The Subscriber may terminate their contract at any time from their Account or by email to info@larjana.com. Its benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.

VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMER COMPLIANCE)

In accordance with European legislation, the Subscriber has a right of withdrawal of thirty (30) clear days from the confirmation of the subscription.

  1. Immediate request for execution: If the Subscriber wishes to use the services before the end of the 30-day period, they must make an express request.

  2. Pro-rata refund: If the right of withdrawal is exercised after the service has started, an amount proportional to the time of use will be deducted from the refund.

VII. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY (GDPR)

Within the framework of the Subscription, SSOOCCIIEETTEE acts as Data Controller.

  • Purposes: Contract management, personalization of offers and combating fraud.

  • Rights of Individuals: The Subscriber has a right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, which can be exercised by email to info@larjana.com .

  • Retention: Data is retained for the entire duration of the contract plus the applicable legal limitation periods.

VIII. FINAL CLAUSES

  1. Electronic evidence: Connection logs and email notifications are considered valid evidence between the parties.

  2. Applicable Law: These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law .

  3. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the Subscriber is invited to contact our Customer Service. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the competent courts.
